Luz Linares

We love the Panela and slight fruit sweetness out of this coffee. The Cundinamarca region is know for its diversity in elevation and microclimates. We love how it develops on pour over or a traditional 2 to 1 espresso from a classic 9bar shoot. A bar favorite for sure.
