This is a coffee producer that has made a name for himself by winning the 2019 SCA small lot category and providing legendary coffee like the one used to wind the Australian Brewers cup in 2021. This High altitude Castillo is an exceptional coffee that brings a prominent strawberry fruitiness and a balanced sweetness with pleasant notes of white tea.
