This is the second lot from Don Ivan at Hacienda el Cerco and we are definitely sharing this one with as many people as we possibly can. The controlled fermentation of this particular coffee really brings an array of sweet flavors that accentuate a cotton candy like feel. With notes of Milk Chocolate and berries, this can be enjoyed with espresso-based milk drinks and thoughtful pour overs alike.
